Making Your Necklace

Every Embrella necklace is handcrafted to order in Cape Town, South Africa.

Please allow up to 14 working days for your necklace to be made with the care and attention it deserves. This begins once payment has been received and is followed by delivery time.

Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free international shipping to every destination available at checkout.

Once your necklace is ready to begin its journey, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number.

International orders are generally sent with FedEx and usually arrive within approximately 5-10 working days after dispatch. South African orders usually arrive within approximately 2-5 working days after dispatch.

These are estimated delivery times. Occasionally, customs, weather or courier disruptions may cause an unexpected delay, but if you’re concerned, please contact us and we’ll help follow up.

A Few Important Details

Please check that your delivery address, postal code and contact number are correct before placing your order.

Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes, and someone may need to sign for your parcel when it arrives.

International Customs

Your country may charge import duties, taxes or customs fees when your necklace arrives. These charges are not included unless they are specifically shown at checkout, and they remain the customer’s responsibility.

Customs requirements differ from country to country, so we recommend checking your local rules before ordering.

If Something Goes Wrong

If your parcel arrives damaged, please keep all the packaging, take a few photographs and email us at info@embrella.shop as soon as possible.

If your tracking has stopped updating or your parcel appears to be missing, let us know. We’ll contact the courier and do everything reasonably possible to help find its way to you.
