RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All our items are handmade and closely inspected before they’re shipped out. But mistakes do happen!

If you do receive a defective or incorrect item from us, please do let us know within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange for a replacement or exchange. Your jewellery item/s must then be returned unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging. This means without any signs of wear and tear, including alterations, scratches, blemishes, dents etc.

WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE

Damages are covered up to one month after the delivery of the order if the item breaks due to a manufacturing fault.

This does not include: 
• Broken chains
• Scratches
• Dents
• Discolouration/tarnishing (please see our jewellery care guide for more info)
• Items that have been bent or misshapen.

All our items are made with quality solid metals and wearability in mind, but jewellery is delicate by nature, therefore Embrella cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur due to miss-use or neglect.
