How to order
Embrella™ necklaces are handmade to order and manufacturing will start as soon as you've checked out on our website and full payment has been received. Because these are handcrafted pieces, please allow 15 working days for crafting your piece (before shipping). If you have a custom order request, you're also welcome to email us here.
Shipping process
When our Studio is done and your order is ready to go, you'll receive a tracking number via email, to let you know your order has been dispatched. It can take up to 5-7 working days once your package has left our office in Cape Town, South Africa.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier to update their records before you begin to track your order and ensure you have filled in the correct physical address.
Our international couriers are FedEx, who will deliver straight to your door.
Please note: Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.
Unexpected delays
Because we're not couriers ourselves, shipping and delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Unfortunately there are sometimes unforeseen delays. But not to worry, we will get it to you, one way or another ;)
International customs duties
Sometimes there are additional fees and/or taxes that may be charged by your country's customs department. You will be responsible for these additional duties and/or customs fees that may be incurred by your country. Please be aware of your local custom’s policies before ordering.

The Embrella necklace is a shared story. A wearable reminder of your strength through it all. It’s a celebration of you. Your medal for surviving the unimaginable, immeasurable type of grief that often comes along the road to becoming a parent. Whether you reached the end destination or not, this is a way for us to recognise one another. It's a call to unite and to ensure no one walks this journey alone.
