MANUFACTURING

Embrella™ necklaces are handmade to order and manufacturing will start as soon as full payment has been received. Please allow 15 working days for manufacturing before shipping. If you have a custom order request, please email us here.

SHIPPING

When your order is ready to go, you'll receive a tracking number via email, to let you know your order has been dispatched. It can take up to 5-7 working days once your package has left our office in Cape Town, South Africa. 

Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier to update their records before you begin to track your order, and ensure you have filled in the correct physical address. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.

UNEXPECTED DELAYS

Because we're not couriers ourselves, shipping and delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Unfortunately there are sometimes unforeseen delays. But not to worry - we will get it to you, one way or another ;)

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

Sometimes there are additional fees and/or taxes that may be charged by your country's customs department. You will be responsible for these additional duties and/or customs fees that may be incurred by your country. Please be aware of your local custom’s policies before ordering.
